Organic Smoothie Bowl
A smoothie bowl is generally just a smoothie that is thicker in consistency and wouldn’t normally be drunk through a straw. Being pregnant and use to the difficult teacher schedule my body never ate breakfast. Now that I am required to provide nutrients to both my baby and myself I had to change that habit. - Frozen fruits mix (strawberries, wild blueberries, mango, pineapple)
- 1 Whole banana
- Purified Water
- Organic Flakseed
- Organic Chia seed
TOPPINGS
- Sweetened Coconut Shavings

- Organic Pecans
- Homemade Granola
