Organic Smoothie Bowl


A smoothie bowl is generally just a smoothie that is thicker in consistency and wouldn’t normally be drunk through a straw. Being pregnant and use to the difficult teacher schedule my body never ate breakfast. Now that I am required to provide nutrients to both my baby and myself I had to change that habit.   • Frozen fruits mix (strawberries, wild blueberries, mango, pineapple)
  • 1 Whole banana
  • Purified Water
  • Organic Flakseed
  • Organic Chia seed

TOPPINGS

  • Sweetened Coconut Shavings
  • Organic Whole Walnuts
  • Organic Pecans
  • Homemade Granola
